Executive Assistant
Walr is looking for an Executive Assistant to support our Executive Team, which includes our CEO, CFO and CTO. This role is ideal for someone who loves to find new ways to stay organized, is always one step ahead in anticipating needs and enjoys the thrill of a fast-paced workday.
Key Responsibilities
- Anticipate needs and provide high-level administrative support to the C-suite: CEO, CFO and CTO.
- Manage a complex calendar and schedule, including coordinating client meetings, preparations for board meetings
- Coordinate complex international and domestic travel arrangements
- Interact regularly and build relationships with senior leaders across various teams at Walr
- Navigate our global org chart and enhance organizational communications while acting as an escalation point of contact for issues
- Help with various administrative and office duties as assigned
- With the Chief of Staff, organize team professional events, socials, team off-sites, etc.
- Perform non-administrative ad-hoc projects such as preparing reports and presentations, and gathering insights, research, and information to inform decision making
- Project manage milestone reporting by working with cross functional stakeholders to ensure timely delivery as needed
Desired Experience
Minimum Qualifications:
- BS/BA degree or equivalent years of experience
- 4+ years of experience providing high-level administrative support at the executive level
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a tech/start-up environment
- Experience with planning large team events and off-sites
- Experience with Microsoft Office 365 enterprise products (Outlook, Calendar, SharePoint) and a passion for implementing technology to increase efficiency
- A passion for Walr’s product, company, and creativity
