Introduction

Talker Inc is a multi-service content agency which harnesses unrivalled media relationships and know-how to develop creative and strategic campaigns that generate mass media coverage.

The Challenge

We have been working with Walr since it was founded in 2020. We initially began our relationship for panel support, utilising our research team to handle survey programming and data processing. However, due to conflicting priorities we were unable to grow and develop this team, causing some disruption internally.

Without a clear process our departments could rely on, we began to see the value of outsourcing more of this operational work to a partner we could trust, so we could turn our attention to our core competencies.

Since we started working with Walr, we’ve been gradually handing over more projects to the team and have noticed real improvements in our efficiency and ability to focus on what we’re good at. 

Building a Plan Around Talker Inc’s Needs

I think one of the key advantages of working with Walr is that they are really, really good at being flexible. They take the time to understand what we need and build a plan around that. This allows us to upscale and downscale our operations with ease, to flex it around what we need at the time. 

A complimentary element to this flexibility is Walr’s responsiveness. If we encounter the odd issue, the team jump on it really quickly and guide us through the process. On top of that, if our client then wants to talk through the data collected, Walr always has a member of the team ready and willing to speak to them. This makes life so easy for us, as we have an expert on hand to answer any questions and assist our customers.

It’s extremely comforting to know we have 24/7 support, so that if there is an issue, it is dealt with quickly.

What Comes Next for the Partnership?

In any partnership, there is an iterative element to make things more streamlined. With a desire to further integrate Walr into the business, we are going to be looking at how we can plug it into our system. This should enhance the flexibility we can benefit from and create a smoother experience for all. 

We already view Walr as an integral part of our operations, so I’m looking forward to seeing how we will become more akin to working with one another in the coming years.

I would say responsive, flexible, and then – it’s not one word but – Walr is a really good business partner. They have an appetite to set us up for success and that is crucial for us in building a long-term relationship.
